​We understand that choosing the right childcare is one of the most important decisions you’ll make – and we’re here to make the process as smooth and reassuring as possible.

How to Enrol
We welcome children from 6 weeks to 5 years, and spaces are currently offered on a first-come, first-served basis. To register your interest:

Sessions & Opening Hours
We offer flexible childcare to suit your family’s needs:

Opening hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 6:00pm

Full and part-time sessions available
-
Funded places (15 and 30 hours) are available for children from 9 months

What’s Included
We provide a range of essentials to make life easier for parents:

Nutritious meals and healthy snacks prepared daily by our in house cook
-
Outdoor play, creative activities, story time and more – all part of the day
-
Regular updates on your child’s progress via daily diary and parents evenings.

Regular communication with a weekly newsletter, updates on our website and access to our parents zone.

​​Consumables including (but not limited to) things such as ​: Baby wipes/nappies, tissues, disinfectants for toys/equipment, cotton wool, laundering of cloth items (bedding, bibs, etc), first aid consumables and nappy cream.

Registration

Upon registration we will need your child's details including dietary needs, allergies, emergency contact information etc

£25 non-refundable registration fee
-
£100 deposit to secure your child’s place.

One calendar months' notice is required to cancel your place
-
Invoices are issued monthly and payable in advance.

Fees and Sessions
(non funded places)
​
Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm for 50 weeks per year.
We will be closed for all public/bank holidays and for 2 weeks over Christmas for maintenance and deep cleaning inline with local schools.
Sessions and fees are as follows:

8am–1pm (AM) - £35

1pm–6pm (PM) - £35

8am–6pm (Full Day) - £65
-
9am–3pm (School Day) - £45
-
The above fees include all meals, snacks, consumables, and general activities.

Special activities, events and outings may be chargeable.

Bookings must be a minimum of 2 sessions over 2 days to allow time to meet your child's educational needs

Funded Sessions
​​
We offer various funded sessions for either 15 or 30 hours per week depending on eligibility.
Our funded sessions are term time only. Based on the 38 week school year in line with local authority dates.
Funded sessions are as follows​
AM (8am to 1pm) 5 hours
PM (1pm to 6pm) 5 hours
Full day (8am to 6pm) 10 hours

Funding does not cover meals, snacks or consumables. For our meal packages please see below.

​Funded sessions must be booked over a minimum of 2 days.

Funded place meal packages​
​
Packages for funded places cover meals and consumables are chargeable. Prices are as follows:

General Daily Activities: £0 cost to parents. General Daily Activities include arts and crafts, baking, gardening etc

Parents have the choice to opt out of the above packages. For parents that choose to opt out, a packed lunch and snacks must be provided and adhere to our 'packed lunch policy'. All consumables must also be provided and adhere to our 'consumables policy'.

Funding Information

We spread funding across 38 weeks of the year in line with school terms. We may be able to offer a limited number of stretched funding sessions across 50 weeks in some circumstances, please ask

Children may be eligible for 15 hours or 30 hours funding per week.
-
Funding begins the term after your child turns 9 months, depending on eligibility.

We accept Tax-Free Childcare, Universal Credit childcare support, and childcare vouchers.

Parents with funded termtime places can book session during the half term breaks at the rates listed above​​

Funding will be claimed using your government issued funding code, please ensure you have received this when booking your place.
What to Bring
We ask parents to bring:

A named bag with spare clothes
-
Weather-appropriate items (e.g. coat, sunhat, wellies), ideally leave wellies at nursery
-
Comfort items like a dummy, soft toy or blanket if needed
-
Any specific items for naps , eg comforters
-
Water bottle if applicable
-
Formula milk if required
